Returns Policy

All sales are final, so please choose carefully as we are unable to swap products.

If your product was delivered damaged, please contact us at victoria@atelierbotanica.nz and provide a photo of the damage. On confirmation of the damage, we will arrange for the product to be collected and the damaged product will be replaced.

If your product is missing, please contact us at victoria@atelierbotanica.nz  We will do a track and trace with the courier company and will process a refund. Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


The privacy of your customer data, orders and communications is important to us. We operate in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 1993, the NZ Unsolicited Electronic Messages Act 2007 and the European Union's General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR"). We will not disclose or sell your customer data to any third party. 

Credit card details are not stored anywhere on our servers, nor in our premises. Your credit card details are processed in real time by an independent payment gateway authorised by our bank, using secure encryption.

Shipping / Delivery Times

We will endeavour to process your order within 1 business day following receipt of payment. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 3 days for delivery domestically (longer times during holidays and pre-Christmas) or 1 week internationally.


What are your rights?

You have the right to request access to the personal data that we hold about you. Please email victoria@atelierbotanica.nz  We will respond within 21 days to provide you with the data we hold about you and there is no charge for this service. Customers who have an online account with us may login to view and update their own personal data.
